Q: Are payment plans accepted for services?

A: All services have a payment plan option and vary based on service. A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of contract in order to be reserved for birth/postpartum expected dates.

Q: Are all of your herbal products organic?

A: We strive to sell organic products whenever possible. If a product is not organic, it is cultivated without chemicals, or wild harvested. We use trusted suppliers for the highest quality of herbs.

Q: What type of wire is used on the items?

A: All wiring is natural copper at its base with some variations having a color overlay unless listed otherwise in title/description.

Q: Does Sol Child Essentials ship internationally?

A: Yes, international shipping is available.

Q: What shipping methods are available?

A: USPS with First Class Mail is the primary shipping method used. Upgrades to shipping are available including USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, and Express Shipping. Shipping rates may vary and seasonal charges may apply.

Shipping Policies

Processing time

The time necessary to prepare an order for shipping varies, but a standard processing time of 7 days or less can be expected. Generally, orders will be shipped out on Monday-Wednesday to assure delivery during the week.

Due to the made-to-order process, custom orders processing times may vary and will be discussed upon confirming order.

Delivery times may vary and is based on the carrier chosen for shipping at the time of order. More information made available through provided tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All orders are carefully packaged and Sol Child Essentials cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur due to customs’ checks.

Returns and Exchanges

Sol Child Essentials does not except exchanges or refunds.
