▪︎2 Additional Prenatal visits (3 hours each) – These visits are totally customizable to match the family’s needs when scheduled. Some general suggested prenatal sessions can include practicing breathing techniques, review of birthing anatomy and optimal birthing positions, and general nesting preparations for birth.

If someone has experienced a loss be it during pregnancy, birth, or early postpartum, in need of support and care, we’d love to assist.
Walking with the mother and family through the journey of life after loss can look like a listening ear, guidance for healing physically postpartum, spiritual herbalism recommendations for self-care, and more.
